Situated on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front; and a private vernal pond out back that's filled w/wildlife year-round. Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's largest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake that's popular for its fishing.
