Our home has more amenities than any other in the area. It's a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

We have a 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home with gorgeous views that sleeps up to 10 (there are 2 single rollaway beds if needed ) in the foothills outside of Exeter 20 minutes to the entrance to the Sequoia's, 10 minutes from Kaweah Lake and 15 minutes from Three Rivers. Enjoy our farm animals , farm tour offered; lots of games grass area ; propane fire pit; (Swimming pool is seasonal ( May thru October) Perfect for family reunion , families, friends.

We are walking distance from down town Exeter and local grocery stores . We also back up to the golf coarse. We are 45 min from gate of the Sequoias . We are two miles from the Foothills entrance station for Sequoia National Park. The apartment is about 500 square feet in two rooms plus a bathroom. It is directly under and completely separate from the main living space of the house.
