200 year old Gardener's cottage, Mid Wales

Dan y Coed means 'under the trees'. Our cottage has nestled under the wooded hillside of Tan yr Allt for 200 years. The cottage is on the outskirts of Llanidloes, a 10 minute walk to town. We pride ourselves on guest satisfaction and the cottage is equipped to a high standard. We welcome all people and well behaved pets (downstairs). Lovely quiet rural location 🏡 ☀️ 🏔

Modern house located 1 mile from town centre in a quiet rural hamlet. Next to canal path & River Severn. Parking available. Wifi, TV and use of kitchen if required. Host has good knowledge of local area. I usually live in this house when not on AirB&B, therefore this is my home too. Please note if you want a hotel style house/room consider using the Elephant and Castle in Newtown.

The chalet is located on the same site as the main house and has stunning views out across the Banwy valley. It is centrally located within easy reach of Dolgellau, Machynlleth and Welshpool where guests can participate in a wide range of activities from hillwalking to mountain biking. We are dog friendly but do have dogs on site so only friendly, well behaved ones please.
