The Primary King suite includes a private bathroom with a shower, an area with a Queen bed and desk. The sliding glass doors in the primary bedroom overlooking the canal and includes a bistro table for your coffee. Upstairs includes the Egret bedroom featuring a queen bed, tv, and a sliding glass door to the back porch. This room shares a bathroom with the Flamingo Room.

Included with the property for guests entertainment are kayaks, lily pad float, bicycles (3), shuffle board, ping pong table, and activities such as fishing or swimming off of the dock, and a community swimming pool.
