Kort vei til vann, turstier og langrennsløyper. Et sted for både ro og aktivitet, sommer som vinter. Kjapp internett gjør det også mulig med en uke på «hyttekontor»!

Hytta ligger ideelt til, kun 200 meter til skiheisen, kafé, lekeplass, pumptrack og sykkelstier, samt langrennsløypene (100 meter unna).
