This 3 bedroom cottage is located on the grounds of our own private home, adjacent to the main residence. 1 en-suite bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds & 2 first floor bedrooms, each with a double & a single bed. Secure private on-site parking. Located an 8 minute drive (5km) from the bustling town of Ennis & 34km from the beautiful Lahinch beach. A short drive to the famous Burren region and 40 minutes from the Cliffs of Moher.

Ballindooley Castle

The Castle rests on about half an acre of land with Ballindooley Lake lying to the south west. It is surrounded by low walls and hedges: with a gated entrance controlled by an electronic security system. Features include 3 murders holes and a dungeon The castle was built by the DeBurgo family (approximately 1480). It had the distinction of being shelled by the British Gunboat ” Helga” during the1916 Rising to disband rebels
