The sandy shores of Swanage and Studland beaches are also just a short distance away

Willow Cottage is a beautiful retreat, created as a warm and welcoming place to relax in the heart of the Isle of Purbeck. Tucked away in peaceful Ridge, the soundtrack is birdsong, countryside quiet and the crackle of the wood-burning stove in winter. The location is hard to beat. A lovely 15-minute riverside walk along the River Frome takes you into historic Wareham, while Corfe Castle, RSPB Arne, Studland, Swanage, Tyneham, Lulworth Cove and the Jurassic Coast are all within easy reach.

Sit on your secluded decking and watch the steam trains roll by whilst enjoying relaxing drinks and a bbq. On colder days huddle up on the sofa in front of the logburner or wrap up for some glorious local walks. The historic villages of Corfe Castle, Worth Matravers and Kingston are within walking distance of around 30/45 minutes, with lovely pubs at the end!

Enjoy a tranquil break in our recently renovated Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Dorset. No.1 The Courtyard is nestled just outside the village of Tincleton and was originally part of the servant’s accommodation to Clyffe House (1842). We are situated 6 miles from Dorchester, and within easy reach of many Dorset attractions; Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, The Purbeck Hills, Kimmeridge, Southwest Coastal Path, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, Weymouth, Swanage.

Haylands Hut

We are located in the heart of our working farm with views out to sea and over the fields. The hut has its own private garden and a small juvenile orchard planted infront, where chickens roam free and there is also a permissive footpath from the hut across the fields to kimmeridge beach. It is important to remember that you will be on a working farm so there are noises and occasional smells that come with this. Please contact me for further info. NB. Sadly I do not accept children.

The Cottage is an open plan building next to the entrance to Corfe Common in a tranquil setting. Downstairs there is a King-size bed & upstairs there are 2 single beds . Sleeping areas are open plan but have thick curtains that can be drawn to create a private and cosy space. Downstairs has Wet-room with sink & separate toilet & sink New Kitchen WiFi Log burner and 2 free basket of logs South facing Patio Parking 2 cars 5 mins walk to Corfe Village Pets welcome.
