Fully equipped, you’ll be able to prepare yourself fresh food and drinks at your own leisure. ++SUN ROOM/DINING ROOM++ A great space for those here on business using laptops and tablets looking for a quiet spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee whilst getting work done. A lovely spot for guests who wish to dine in and don’t fancy eating on their laps. ++BEDROOM++ Bedroom is located upstairs. KING SIZE bed dress in fresh white linen. The room also features an amazing mezzanine gallery. The room is relaxing, has a double wardrobe and hair dryer. ++GARDEN PATIO++ The garden patio is a great space to enjoy drinks, nibbles and the evening sun. Hull Dukeries, Avenues and Dining Quarter

This is our smart terrace right in the heart of The Dukeries area of Hull. Our neighbourhood is a close satellite of the city centre - the station and St. Stephens are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. We want our house to be, despite the cliché - a home from home. It is equipped with everything a family (or two couples) may need for a short or long stay.

Beverley home is spacious , in a peaceful area, central to amenities and family friendly less than 5mins in car from beverley centre,5 mins in car to castle hill hospital and 20 min to hull university. It has 3 bedrooms,1 main bathroom, an ensuite and a ground floor toilet. It has utility room,kitchen dinner and lounge area.There is free parking for 1 car and free on street parking. It is near a supermarket,mcdonalds,filling station and takeaway shops nearby. Self check in/check out service.

The home is in a quiet corner of the farm with views over open countryside. The garden is securely fenced with a large lawn which is a safe area for your dog Please list pets when booking. If you are bringing more than one dog, please let me know before booking. There are walks from the doorstep to the River Hull, and Pulfin Nature Reserve, which are popular with fishermen and bird watchers. The historic town of Beverley is 4 miles away and the coastal resort of Hornsea is 10 miles away
