Our newly refurbished cosy cottage is located in the quiet village of Pinchbeck. Within walking distance there are 2 shops, butchers, Chinese takeaway, chip shop, pub and a lovely garden centre with an exceptional cafe. Our cottage has a fully functioning kitchen equipped with all the essentials including a washer/dryer. We have a double bed and sofa bed in the lounge so can comfortably sleep 4 adults and a fully enclosed garden patio with seating. Maximum 1 pet per stay. Has a ring doorbell.

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. We are half hour away from Stamford , Peterborough and only an hour away from Norfolk . London is accessible in an hour and half by train.
