Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Historically living on the most modern level - be one of our first guests in this newly renovated apartment (May 2019) in a classic house, which was built in 1890 for a significant altar builder. The house is situated next to the old town, only 5 mins walk away from the main attraction "Lindwurm". The apartment (62 sqm, 1st floor) was part of the living rooms of the altar builder and offers every comfort for families and business travelers in a central, quiet area, today.

Die ruhig gelegene 80 m² Wohnung ist im Zentrum von Klagenfurt. Die Altstadt ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Messegelände ist quasi um die Ecke. Unzählige Lokale und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch zum Bahnhof ist der Fußmarsch nicht länger als zehn Minuten. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmöglichkeiten ist man auch rasch am Wörthersee (ca. 7km).Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe ausreichend vorhanden.

City-Center-Studio

Das Apartment bietet Platz für 2 Personen und ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Es wurde 2023 komplett neu gestaltet. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Shops und Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Im Haus befindet sich eine Bäckerei, solltest du einmal nicht selbst dein Frühstück machen wollen. Der Benediktiner Markt, ein sehr guter Bauernmarkt mit lokalen Essenständen, ist ganz in der Nähe.
