Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Light and quiet attic apartment in a family house near Berlin. The apartment is the ideal place for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area of Brandenburg by car. And by car you can reach the Messe Berlin-area in 15 minutes. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka-supermarket, ALDI, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, stationery store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price is a little bit higher.

Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Willkommen in unsere liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichteten ruhigen kühlen Souterrainwohnung (ca. 60 m²). Supermärkte und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert. Küche, Boden, Heizungen, Waschmaschine und Matratzen/Bett sind neu. Der offene Wohn-/Essbereich kann mit einem durchgehenden weißen Vorhang vom Schlafbereich getrennt werden. Die Wohnung ist evtl. für sehr große Menschen nicht geeignet, da die Decke etwas niedrig ist.

There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

The modern, loving furnishings and warm atmosphere make it an ideal retreat with a bedroom, living room, kitchen-living room, large bathroom and guest toilet. You can relax outside in your own area. Just a small note, a large friendly dog ​​lives on the property.

Wer es ruhig und naturnah mag und doch die Städte Berlin & Potsdam um die Ecke haben möchte ist genau richtig. Es gibt ein eigenen Eingang, Terrasse und Garten. Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Doppelbett. Oben das Schlafzimmer mit ein Einzelbett sowie ein Kingsize Bett. Wir wohnen nebenan, kein Schlüsselproblem, Auch der Ankunftszeit ist egal. Wir sind nah am Bhf. Griebnitzsee und Wannsee. Parken frei, auch Lkw. Haustiere willkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet und bietet einen Schlafraum (Doppelbett), eine Küchenzeile (Herd, Spüle, Kaffee), kleines Bad (Dusche, WC, Waschbecken) sowie weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten auf einer Couch (1,20cm breit) unten im EG.
