Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.200 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Bergdorf auf 850 m Seehöhe. Am Bauernhof gibt es eine Mutterlkuhherde, die im Sommer auf der umliegenden Weide gehalten wird und im Winter im Laufstall. Der ganze Hof besteht aus einem altem Bauernhaus aus dem Mittelalter, einem Stallgebäude aus dem Jahr 1734, dem neuen Haus, einer Halle, einem kleinen Häuschen und diese neue Ferienwohnung. Am Hof gibt es einen Pfeilbogenparcours mit 50 3D Tiere auf Wald und Wiesen, er ist der Schönste weit und breit!

Wir vermieten unser 1928 erbautes, liebevoll restauriertes Ferienhäuschen, das auf unserem Biobauernhof ca. 1 km vom idyllischen Bergdorf Gasen in der Steiermark liegt. Genießen Sie die ruhige, entschleunigte Atmosphäre in unserem Vintage-Häuschen, ideal für 2 bis maximal 4 Personen. Haustiere sind gerne willkommen! Bettwäsche, Hand- und Geschirrtücher stellen wir zur Verfügung, WLAN, Tourismusabgabe, Pellets (Heizmaterial) und alle Betriebskosten sind im Preis inkludiert!

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Ferienhaus im Grünen auf 1100m Seehöhe

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

Guest apartment has living /bedroom, small Kitchen, bathroom/Toilet. We are located at 1000m above sea level and have a wonderful view. Sauna can be used for an extra fee. Fireplace and public pool are always available. Wonderful hiking trails, a small ski area, a cross-country trail,riding stables,as well as a nearby 18-hole golf course complete the offer. Beautiful city of Graz can be reached in 35 mins.

Gratis W-LAN und Parkplatz vorhanden. In unserem Apartment sind Hunde willkommen, es wird eine zusätzliche Endreinigungspauschale von € 25,-- verrechnet.
