In fünf Gehminuten befindet sich das öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus). in 10 Gehminuten erreicht man den Badestrand am Walensee. Fünf Autominuten entfernt, befindet sich die Gondelbahn ins Ski-, Wander- und Bikegebiet Flumserberg / Prodkamm. Die Ferienregion Walensee/Sarganserland bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten sich aktiv zu betätigen, aber auch für Ruhe und Erholung.

Quiet and sunny holiday flat in the heart of upper Engadin, 20 min car or train drive to St.Moritz. The flat offers a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate sleeping room. Totally there are three options for sleeping, a double bed (160x200), a daybed that can be extended for two kids or teens (2x80x200) and a bed sofa in the living room (140x200). However the flat is ideal for two adults and 1-2 kids. The flat has been renovated in 2024 and got fully refurbished.

The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Het appartement heeft mooi uitzicht op het meer, de haven en bergen. Al met al een unieke plek op het park en in Zwitserland! Linnengoed en handdoeken zijn inclusief! Kinderbedje en -stoel zijn aanwezig. Ik verhuur mijn eigen appartement zelf en ben nergens bij aangesloten.

Von dort bis zur «Promenade» sind es am Fluss entlang nur wenige Schritte. Das Zentrum mit Geschäften, Post, Banken und der Gotschnabahn liegt knapp 10 Gehminuten von dort entfernt. Die Liegenschaft geniesst absolute Ruhe und viel Sonne.
