Small open floor plan farm cabin “B” located 15 minutes away between Uvalde & Concan, in a quiet country subdivision Comfortable recently constructed with 1 queen bed and a futon couch. Exterior is still a work in progress. Surrounding locations and attractions such as Garner State Park is only 25 minutes away. House Pasture 23 mins away. 1 hour drive to Mexico or the casino at Eagle Pass. A quite country place to stay while doing business or pleasure exploring the local area & river locations.

A beautiful view from the front porch looking out to the hills. We don't have TV. Great wifi. Uvalde is 10 miles away with antiques to shop...HEB grocery store is a great place to get your groceries.. Stop by Farm Fresh Beef (our business) and Open Range. Concan is 20 min away with clear crystal rivers to enjoy.

No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house is located on the edge of the historic town of Uvalde and roughly a 55 minute drive to Garner State Park. A great place to relax after a long day, on the crystal clear Nueces River that runs through the back yard. Private River bank access for guest from the back yard.

All holiday stays require a 3-night minimum. This cabin is a 900 square foot, 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit & sleeps 8. It's centrally located in Concan- close to the River, food, concerts, and fun!
