The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Peaceful and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood near the town center, ideal for families or groups of up to 6. It features a king bed, two large sofa beds, a bright living area, an enclosed balcony, and a newly renovated kitchen. Free parking and a secure garage make it perfect for cyclists and motorcyclists. The bus station is a short walk away, and the area offers MTB trails, forests, the lake, and hiking routes, while the Kolpa River is about 25 minutes away by car.

Our accomodation is located in the center of small village Hrovača, wich was several times rated the most beautiful village in Slovenia. Beekeping homestead offers privacy, escape from stressful everyday life to a place where bees with their scents and sound create unique serene atmosphere. Our apartment is equipped with some unique renovated furniture, it has fully equiped kitchenette and a modern bathroom. You can enjoy the views to the garden from balcony bench.

'Beljan's barn has been transformd into attractive space for relaxation, which in direct contact with the garden offers the feeling of being outdoors. Here you will find everything you need for an easy stay in nature, including the comfort of a warm bed and a crackling fire. You may aslo find a spacial book to read in the library. The garden is open, green and enjoyable, great as a starting point for a nearby walking trails and as relaxation endpoint after hikes.

Grajska kmetija je ena izmed redkih hiš na Kočevskem s hlevom v pritličju. Tak način sobivanja ljudi in živali pod isto streho je bil včasih na tem območju zelo razširjen. Živali se od aprila do oktobra pasejo na travnikih okoli hiše. Glavna dejavnost kmetije je čebelarstvo in sadjarstvo. V neposredni bližini se nahaja tudi čebelnjak, namenjen degustacijam, apiterapiji in opazovanju čebel.
