Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Unsere Wohnung ( Küche und Bad wurde März 2019 renoviert) (ca. 40 m2) mit eigener Terrasse befindet sich in einer freistehenden herrschaftlichen Villa in Sönderhav/Dänemark. Sie können von der Terrasse aus die herrliche Panoramaaussicht auf die flensburger Förde geniessen. Die Wohnung liegt in der unteren Etage unseres Hauses in einem Garten mit Obstbäumen. Der historische Gendarmenpfad, eine Wanderrute von Padborg nach Høruphav, verläuft etwa 60 m vom Haus am Wasser entlang

Überdachte Aussen- und Holzterrasse Schnelles WLAN und 4K Smart TV

Die Ruhe genießen

Hier ist Platz für die Familie mit und ohne Kinder. Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Es steht ein Kletterturm sowie ein Fußballtor zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist über 1000 qm groß. Dort ist Platz zum grillen, spielen oder die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt. Natürlich ist auch ein Babybett im Haus. Zum Strand sind es 15 Min mit dem Auto. Nach Rømø ca. 40 Min. Das laden von Hybrid und Elektroautos ist untersagt

Sommerhuset ligger idyllisk placeret i naturskønne omgivelser, hvor roen og stillheden fra den omkringliggende natur skaber den perfekte ramme for afslapning og genopladning. Omgivet af grønne skove, kurperet landskab og en flot udsigt til egen naturgrund med Flensborg Fjord i horisonten. Sommerhuset er ideelt til de der ønsker ro og fred i naturskønne omgivelser. På terrassen kan morgenkaffen nydes, eller man nyde solens sidste stråler med et glas vin.
