Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Haus Kilstrand direkt am Sävensee

Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Das Haus verfügt über ein Ruderboot an eigener Uferlinie, Sauna. Der Blick auf den See ist grandios. Netflix TV

Hus med unikt läge vid Vänern, Lidköping Svalnäs

Unikt läge med vidsträckt sjöutsikt över Vänern med egen strand & klippor. I anslutning till huset ligger en stenbrygga som man kan bada & fiska ifrån. Totalt 6 bäddar med möjlighet till ytterligare 2. Stor altan med matbord, solstolar & loungeset. Huset är några min promenad till Svalnäsbadet, svamp & bärskogar & Hindens Rev. Ta gärna en kort utflykt till Läckö slott, Spikens fiskeläge, spela golf eller njut av Kinnekulle. Det finns något för alla oavsett vår, sommar, vinter som höst.

Varmt välkomna till vårt moderna rökfria attefallshus på 30kvm, beläget högst upp på en kulle vid en fantastisk sjö. Här kan du luta dig tillbaka och njuta av slående utsikt över Örsjön. "Lillhuset" har 2 sängar (1 sovrum och 1 loft) . Vi bäddar skönt till er och handdukar finns. Här finns en mängd möjligheten till aktiviteter så som paddla kajak, fiska, bada, vandringsleder, cykla eller varför inte spela golf på Hulta golfbana (8,5km) Varm välkomna till oss / Marie & Patrik

The accommodation offers a unique experience of relaxation by the lakeside, featuring a private sauna, hot tub, and a tranquil relaxation area right by the water with its own jetty. Just a few steps from the sauna, you can take a refreshing dip in the clear lake and then unwind in the warm jacuzzi. Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Villa Näs - modernt boende i lantlig miljö

Uppe i hagen med utsikt över Näs Herrgård och Nässjön ligger Villa Näs. Ett modernt boende i en lantlig och naturskön miljö. Huset som ligger avskilt har en stor och härlig trädgård med sol hela dagen. I hagarna omkring huset går betande djur på sommaren. Några stenkast iväg ligger Nässjön som erbjuder fantastiskt bad. Alla våra gäster har tillgång till grill, Stand-up paddle boards och cyklar! På vintern bor man 5 minuter bilfärd från alpincentrum med totalt 7 pister!

Relax in Jacuzzi with lake views. Situated in a serene environment, this charming cottage offers picturesque lake views. The back of the property is surrounded by deep, idyllic forest directly connected to the grounds, while the front provides a unique vista of the beautiful lake! Approximately 100 meters from the cottage, you’ll find a cozy public bathing area. Explore the nature and hiking trails around the lake. 3 kilometers to the nearest golf course.

Mysig stuga med bastu vid sjö

Nyrenoverad stuga på 80 kvadratmeter som ligger på landsbygden. Den har plats för upp till 7 personer, med sängar i 3 sovrum + samt en bäddsoffa med två sovplatser. Stugan ligger vid en sjö med egen brygga och vedeldad bastu (ved ingår) samt en grillplats för att njuta av utomhusmåltider. Stugan har uteplats på framsidan, en stor balkong och en altan där man kan umgås, äta och sola. Belägen cirka 15 minuter från Isaberg Mountain Resort.

Public beach with sandy shore 150 m away. Our family lives in the main house on the estate, located separately. Limited traffic on nearby country road. Ideal for those seeking privacy, nature and space.
