Enjoy this Lower Unit Suite in Sparta, WI! Located 7 miles from Ft. McCoy just off the River Run golf course in Beautiful Sparta,WI You can bike the trails, hike, golf or kayak all from this location. This suite is close to hockey rink and park system. Great place to enjoy and relax. Very well behaved dogs are accepted. No cats, pigs, birds or reptiles. There is a $25 fee per pet. I do ask you to keep the dogs off the furniture to minimize damage and also to clean up any yard waste.

The cozy bedroom #2 sleeps 1. In the living room an oversized sectional has a pull out bed that sleeps 2. Pet fee is $25 with a maximum of 2.

In the evening you can sit out on the dock and view a beautiful sunset. Eagles are visitors to the area, as well as Great Blue Herons, river otters, muskrats, and varieties of ducks. Unique, centrally-located and freshly updated upstairs apartment in duplex. We’ve done our best to freshen this private second floor unit in our old ugly home. Amish made kitchen cabinets, island and furniture. New appliances and fixtures. View granddad’s bluff out the bedroom window! Close to UWL, Viterbo, Mayo Clinic, and downtown (8 block walk to 3rd street). We currently live in the downstairs apartment with our dogs.

This cabin sits overlooking a beautiful view of the water where you will see all types of wildlife. The eagles sit in the giant oak trees just off the porch. Walk down to the dock and drop a line in for fishing. .The state bike/snowmobile/hiking trail is within 3 minutes. The boat landing is 1 mile away. You have your own private dock. We also just added a hatchet throwing target We charge a 25.00 per visit pet fee.
