Large living room windows and a spacious deck provide you with a bird’s eye view of the rippling river and many types of wild life. Deer amble through the property; eagles soar and keep an eagle eye on everything. Turkeys, squirrels, coons, and myriad of birds go about their business in this serene environment. This is THE place to immerse in nature then relax with a meal and a cozy fire. Soak your tired muscles in the claw foot tub after a fun day out exploring. Enjoy the cold A/C or the efficient fireplace, chef's kitchen. Families enjoy the infant/kid gear, and clean single level space for a low stress retreat

Little Round Cabin on the Pine 2 - The "Pine Cone"

The 250 square foot "Pine Cone" is a one room, round yurt-style cabin located on our 8 acre property. We border the Pine River in Richland County, center of the beautiful Driftless region of southwest Wisconsin. Perfect for a quiet, nature-based retreat, we are less than four hours drive from Chicago, Milwaukee, and the Twin Cities. Staying with us supports our nonprofit, My Renewed Hope, which assists those living with or recovering from cancer. Read on for more info about the space and area.

Little House on the Pretty! Tiny Home in Woods

Little House on the Pretty(LHP) is part of Sittin Pretty Farm. LHP is tucked into the woods giving a place to retreat and restore. The home is finely crafted embodying a simple elegance and character of the Driftless locale. Once inside, a sense of marvel and serenity are sure make heartfelt memories. We are six miles from Viroqua and nestled among Amish Paradise with several neighboring Amish farms. In season the Amish have roadside vegetable stands where you can purchase veggies and pie!

Yuba State Bank Apartment

The Yuba State Bank Apartment is the lower front apartment in a 4-unit commercial brick building. The historically renovated space has a mix of old and new, with hardwood floors, large storefront windows, a full kitchen and bathroom, and the bank vault off one of the two bedrooms. The apartment is located in the quaint village of Yuba (pop. 53), which is the smallest incorporated village in Wisconsin, 15 minutes (11 miles) from Hillsboro. You can grab a drink and meal next door at Louie's Bar.

Rustic cabin in an orchard at Echo Valley Farm

Rustic cabin near Wildcat Mountain State Park and Kickapoo Valley Reserve. A quiet place to disconnect, hike, and enjoy the Driftless. The cabin has electricity, supplied water and a non chemical port-o-let, a heater, wood stove (we supply all indoor wood), fire pit and charcoal grill. Our Bakery is open Saturday-Sunday 9-4, May -October or order in advance off season. Short walk from parking to the cabin; we will transport your gear if needed. Enjoy our trails! LGBTQ owned. The Old Church Inn La Farge

The Old Church Inn La Farge was built in the 1890’s and served as the community’s Free Methodist Church until the early 2000’s.The property has now been converted to a studio rental. This space includes an open kitchen, dining room and living room area along with 2 full-sized beds and a futon. Conveniently located on main street, you’ll find yourself a short walk from downtown businesses, one mile from Organic Valley’s Headquarters and a little over two miles from the Kickapoo Valley Reserve.

The Sweet Suite

The Sweet Suite is an upper duplex unit. We are located in the middle of the Driftless Area known for its scenic beauty and charm. A comfortable country atmosphere ideal for relaxation. We welcome traveling nurses! Feel free to inquire about a longer stay. The distance is: 8 miles to Richland Hospital in Richland Center 19 miles to Muscoda Health Center in Muscoda 24 miles to Gundersen St Joseph's Hospital in Hillsboro The location is also ideal for hunters and other sports enthusiasts.

Back Roads Cabin Retreat

Enjoy a weekend off the grid in our rustic cabin on 30 acres of wooded serenity. Watch the sunset on the covered porch, or relax around a campfire. Feel free to explore the woods taking a hike on the network of trails. Nearby you can visit winery's, Wildcat Mountain State Park, the Kickapoo Valley Reserve and more. The driftless region is known for great fishing, scenic drives through the hills and biking. Contact us about additional camp sites on the property for larger groups.

UPDATE: Enjoy your stay with HIGH-SPEED internet! Located just outside of the small town of Cashton, WI, this newer built ranch style home is right in the heart of Amish country. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open concept dining/living room, large yard for activities and a usable two-car garage. ATV friendly roads, snowmobiling trails, and public hunting & fishing are all nearby. Enjoy the simple life in the country as long as you wish. Everyone is welcome!

Rustic River on Main

Beams and barn boards give this two bedroom cottage a rustic style all it's own. The European influence found throughout the home, helps create an atmosphere of tranquility. Throw some steaks on the grill and enjoy a glass of wine in your private courtyard. The year round hot tub is a great way to unwind at the end of your day with access to the courtyard straight from the master bedroom. Pets are welcome with an additional fee.
