Three of the bedrooms are in the main house and one casita which is off the courtyard with full bathroom. This home is fully stocked with everything.

Great location with just 400 steps to La Jolla Shores Beach. You will love the location and the 1st floor easy access with no steps. Patio. Full kitchen. Stacked washer and dryer. Two bedrooms: king size main bedroom and second with convenient twin beds. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room. There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking. We expanded parking spots 2 years ago for most car sizes: W- 101 inches and H-83 inches
