Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

The living room/kitchenette withg gaz stove is on the ground floor (tiles) on the 1st floor is the carpeted bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Fantastic view on the lake and Alps. Separate entrance, access to the garden. Outdoor furniture. Included tourist tax , Montreux card, Wifi, parking, etc. Possibility to lodge a 3rd person, preferably a family member. Flat not suitable for small children.

Nous parlons français, allemand, anglais (petit-déjeuner inclus ). The chalet is located at 1200m (alt.) On the Pléiades mountain in the middle of nature (vehicle necessary). The place is ideal for combining hikes and discovering the Lake Geneva region. We speak French, German, English (breakfast included ).

Superbe appartement avec entrée privée dans une villa sur les hauteurs de Blonay, Vaud, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman, le massif du Chablais et les vignobles du Lavaux. A 50 mètres de l’arrêt du train Vevey-les Pléiades en pleine forêt, qui donne accès aux multitudes de randonnées et VTT. L’appartement est entièrement équipé avec cuisine haut de gamme inclus lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, wifi et télévision. Une terrasse entièrement privée. Parking 2 voitures.

Clarens: Bel appartement de 2.5p à 4 min du lac.

Très bel appertement de 2.5 pièces à 2 min du lac et 5 min de la gare et des commerces. Il se trouve également à 10 min en bus et 20 min à pieds du 2M2C de Montreux (Montreux Jazz Festival, concerts, etc) et du marché de Noël réputé dans le monde entier. Vous pourrez même vous payer le luxe de skier ou randonner en matinée aux Rochers de Naye (2000m) et finir votre journée par une baignade dans le lac. Il s'agit de mon appartement de tout les jours. Il est donc entièrement équipé.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

Ein kleines Paradies am Rande von La Tour-de-Peilz, zwischen Vevey und Montreux und vor der Pforte zum Wallis. Die Wohnung befindet sich Erdgeschoss eines umgebauten Bauernhauses mit beidseitigem direktem Zugang zum Garten. Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es gibt 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Doppelbett, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcoach, 1 Badezimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Kochecke.

Wohlfühloase mit atemberaubender Sicht auf den Genfersee. Die gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem kürzlich umfassend renovierten 3-Familien Haus mit Jugendstilelementen (Baujahr 1905). In der geschlossenen Veranda mit ihren grossen Schiebefenster geniesst man einen tollen Weitblick auf den Genfersee und die franz. Alpen. Der lauschige Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.
