This quiet neighborhood offers dark skies at night (think Milky Way), and BLM hiking and ancient Petroglyphs right out the back door. Located just 7 miles from downtown Moab. Enjoy a night under the stars, with a warm campfire and fresh air. You will experience breath taking mountain views and wildlife!

Five futons. If you have your own sleeping bag that works fine. If not I have sheets and comforters. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mini fridge, grill, and coffee pot. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

The Glamping tents provide an incredibly unique experience for the more adventurous travelers. You’ll have your very own intimate cozy tent that will feel like a home away from home. Your tent is equipped with a queen bed, twin bed, firepit and chairs, the tents do not have electricity.
