Steph's Cozy Apartment -newly renovated

Our newly renovated apartment has all you need to enjoy a nice trip to south Louisiana. Kitchen and bath is equipped with pots, pans, spices, cutlery, utensils, dishes, and even light breakfast items. Bath has all towels and toiletries available for use. Our apartment is located upstairs above our carport but has its own private entrance along with own air conditioner/heating system. Our place will sleep 5 comfortably. We offer an Ice Machine to help with those fishing trips and local travels.

This is a cute double wide shotgun on a double lot, great for entertaining! Two minutes from the interstate, and walking distance from the ferry, 10 minutes from Downtown! Located in Historic Gretna, walking distance to fine dining, or casual quaint cafe's! Three bed rooms, sofas, full kitchen, living & dining rooms, patio, and yard! We do not have central air or heat. The house is cooled or heated by window units or space heaters.
