The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. Looking to get away for a weekend, a couple seeking to reconnect, or on vacation? We are close to the famous Greenway for biking, hiking, walking and running. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius of our location. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.

This attached guest suite is simply appointed, bright, and clean. We’re in a small, quiet neighborhood tucked just out of the way - just under two miles from the historic Marietta square. Bedroom with attached bathroom (shower) are at the back. Through double French doors is a living room and full kitchen with the basics provided. Private entrance to the front leads to the carport.
