Fish the gold medal water, that are only 100' away. You're just minutes from Turquoise and Twin Lakes, where you can fish, boat, or enjoy all the water sporting activities the lakes have to offer. If you're a hunter, you're in the prime location. Skiing!!! But if you want to relax and enjoy the scenery, you couldn't have picked a better place!

Walking distance to downtown, this is the perfect home for your mountain experience. The front section of this house was rolled down on logs by my grandfather from the East side of Leadville's historic mining district. From there it was built it into a two bedroom house which is now fully renovated for you to enjoy your mountain stay.
