Cabin(1100sq. ft) has all the amenities of home but in a camping environment. Wapsipinicon river in the front yard for fishing ,5 min walk to a private sandbar for relaxing. 20 min drive to Marion and 10-15 minutes to small town restaurants and shopping. No WIFI, cable or internet, just a TV with local channels. No hunting or discharging of firearms allowed. No pets. No ATV’s or Golf carts allowed. Due to this property being on the Wapsipinicon River cancellation may happen if flooding occurs.

Paved RV parking pad with hook-ups (extra fees apply to park an RV). Get fresh eggs or meet some friendly animals at the goat farm across the street (call Liz in advance).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. legacy landing has a brand new 450 sq ft. shouse resting atop of 110 acres of beautiful woodlands. The shouse is covered from wall to ceiling in pine and cedar accents harvested from our forest and sleeps 5. Inside find a fully furnished kitchenette with indoor griddle/grill, air fryer and microwave. There are two lofts upstairs with a queen bed on one side and a twin bed on the other. Down stairs is a queen futon. 2 fully stocked fishing ponds.

Timbers Cabin is on 5 acres of timber located in the valley and rolling hills of eastern Iowa. The place is perfect for a short getaway, family vacation, or even a stop through while traveling from the coasts. The log cabin was built as a place to unwind, relax, and truly unplug. Nestled among 15 acres of rolling hills, the cabin can serve as a place to hunker down and read three novels, or a home base for hiking, cycling and putting the nature back in your life. Be advised, there is NO television and that’s for good reason. Cook, drink, eat, play, relax and refresh yourself. Wake up to the songs of birds and listen to the owls at night while you’re warming yourself around a bonfire.

Cushion Cabins East

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Rustic cabin surrounded by small timber tract. Very cozy cabin with relaxing space, sleeps 6 guests; 4 beds, 1 Queen & 3 full beds. Quiet and private. You have the entire cabin to yourself. Enjoy the fire pit and feel to walk around the grounds. Close to The Field of Dreams, Mississippi and Maquoketa Rivers. Also, close to Jones and Delaware county fair grounds. You’ll also find that Farley Speedway and Tristate Raceway are minutes away. Nature awaits!!
