Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

After exploring the best the ADKs have to offer, come soak in the hot tub, unwind in the cedar screened-in porch, or pull up a chair to the natural stone fire pit. Roast some 'smores, take in the night sky, and let your stress melt away!

La Bella Loona - A beautiful 1 bd cottage located directly on Schroon lake. Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed.
