Heritage house offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a spacious, cozy home located within walking distance to everything in Lake George village. The house is located on Canada St and features 4 oversized bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, dining area and a special game room. Enjoy your evenings around the firepit on your private deck and admire the seasonal Thursday fireworks. The house offers a partial lake view and for your swimming pleasure, our beautiful outdoor heated pool is available.

Comfortably sleeps 10: 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, a pullout sofa, and 2.5 baths. Families are preferred, must be aged 25 and older. Pets are NOT allowed on the premises, and absolutely NO parties.

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.
