Historic downtown loft apartment right in the center of downtown. If you like being near the restaurants and bars, this is the place for you! In the summer, watch Boyne’s famous Friday night Stroll the Streets from three huge front windows. Open the windows to hear the live music. 2 minute walk to the beach. 2 minute drive to hiking and extensive mountain biking trails. In the winter, you’re just 5 minutes from Boyne Mountain ski resort. Check out their new 8-man lift and suspension bridge!

Located above the area’s hottest new restaurant, this newly renovated 1BR/1BA urban loft features classic finishes - exposed brick, high ceilings, maple floors, and quartz countertops. Cozy, comfortable quarters directly above the Houndstooth restaurant provide a fantastic opportunity to get a “taste” of the Benton Harbor Arts District. Muffled sounds of music and activity from the restaurant below are often present in the loft during evening hours. Some guests may find this objectionable.

Our newly built apartment has two bedrooms, a living area, a dining area, and a kitchenette. Walk out to a balcony that overlooks a private yard surrounded by woods, grill a steak on the Weber grill, walk to the beach for an evening swim, and come back and cook marshmallows around a cozy campfire.
