The home is a detached guesthouse to our main home, and best suited for 1 adult or a couple but can accommodate an extra person on the extendable sofa (see photos). You'll love the upscale features throughout the house - we spared no expense. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the views from the house are incredible. We are fully permitted with El Dorado County (#082189) for a max nightly occupancy of 6 adults (children 6 and over).
