Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Begrenzt von weitläufigen Obstgärten und einem kleinen rauschenden Bächlein lädt die neu renovierte Ferienwohnung zu erholsamen Momenten in ruhiger Umgebung. Neben der Feuerstelle/Grillplatz weiden die drei Eselinnen Leni, Alpina und Tamara. Ein paar Hühner und Katzen sind auch immer unterwegs.
