We are located 100 yards from the downtown area, and 300 yards from Lake Flower, but in a nice residential spot. We grow our own food in our front yard and on our large porch. House is over 100 years old, comfortably furnished. Style is "Early American Garage Sale." Very close to canoe and kayak rentals, and minutes away from 3 boat launches and boat rentals. 1 block from new Adirondack RAIL TRAIL. Your hosts were involved in eco-tourism for many years and can provide a wealth of information.

The Ausable River and Lake Everest are both within walking distance.

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

Dog friendly with lots of woods out back to walk them 2 bedroom cabin, one bathroom, full kitchen, spacious living room with leather furniture. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV. Enjoy the fireplace outside along with the screened gazebo. There is a screened in back porch off the kitchen for enjoying food or drinks, facing the woods.
