Less than 10 minutes into Rotorua and all the geothermal & other tourist attractions. Note: this neighbourhood does NOT have the famous Rotorua sulphur smell :)

We’re a short drive to Rotorua’s restaurants and hot pools— close to Mitai Māori Village, Zorb, the Gondola, and Luge. Paradise Valley is nearby as are a local café, bakery, and superette. Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.

Our beautiful Modern Tiny Home has two bedrooms both with queen beds. 1 is separate and bedroom 2 is up in the loft accessed by a ladder. A modern open plan kitchen and lounge. A cute full bathroom with shower and toilet at one end of the house. There is a deck with an outdoor table so you can relax and take in your surroundings. Relaxing lake vibes,a very peaceful place to come and chill.
