Private Cottage w/Queen Bed + Lakes, golfing, etc.

Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. You will have the cottage to yourself. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, also a full bath. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

The Clubhouse is part of True North -- a private four-building lakeside estate on the Gull Lake Chain (Roy Lake) in Nisswa, MN, near Brainerd. The Bunkhouse can be rented for extra sleeping space. The Lodge House (8 bed / 5 bath) sits on Roy Lake across the street. Large groups and weddings can rent the entire True North estate.

The Norpine House is a newly renovated home completed in Spring 2023. It is located next to Gull Lake, between the three Big Championship Golf Resorts and less than 15 minutes from over 20 restaurants, Nisswa and Baxter! 4 bedrooms (11 beds), 3 bath and can sleep up to 16 people. With a modern feel and spacious layout, the house is built to accommodate all groups - bachelor, bachelorette, golf, ladies getaways, fishing, winter sports and multi-family groups.
