Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (6-8 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2026) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

This off-grid 4 season glamping dome cabin is located on a beautiful 20 acre property at a 10 min drive from the shores of Lake Winnipeg and 5 mins away from Gull Lake. Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub, take our inflatable boat out for a paddle, or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

This charming timber-frame beach house offers a cozy, escape just a 1-minute walk to lake and sandy beach. It features a quaint living area, two loft-style bedrooms accessed by ship’s ladders, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette—perfect for relaxed, easy stays. This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

Close to everything, yet tucked away on a beautiful street in grand Marais. 10 minutes to the famous Grand Beach, 2 minutes to Lanky’s ice cream shop, Lola's, and mini-golf. Watch unmatchable sunsets or simply enjoy nature. 5 minutes to one of the best ice fishing spots on Lake Winnipeg. At the cabin, you can enjoy a full kitchen and bathroom. The fully fenced, private backyard has a large covered deck, patio table, chairs, BBQ, and a fire pit to enjoy year round.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.
