The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

There is parking for up to 5 vehicles on the property. Well behaved dogs allowed, $50 pet fee per stay Minimum 4-night rental during July-August and Jan-March. Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests. Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Chromecast TV, a full kitchen and linens.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

The cottage has a wood burning stove and in-suite laundry.
