Direct access to the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, lake access within 8 miles. Best view on the lake! 6 wineries within 2 miles. The outbuildings have a "working farm charm", and may be a little messy due to storage of articles from past generations. The house does sit on NY 14 and can have some road noise.

No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

The apartment is the lower left half of a remodeled farm-house and is your home away from home while you explore the Finger Lakes. The Guest House is steps away from delicious locally sourced food and beverages including seasonal cocktails. The apartment also has a 4 burner gas grill on the back deck where you can enjoy a meal and beautiful lush scenery.

The huose has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen sized bed and a recliner. Downstairs is a fully furnished kitchen including k-cup coffee maker, microwave and kitchen stove. A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Living room with couch and recliners.
