Welcome to the Konocti Lake House! Located on the west side of Lakeport on the water. This house is ideal for groups of anglers or anyone looking for a quiet and scenic neighborhood to relax near the lake. There is easy parking for three truck/boat combos in the front with ample outdoor lighting. Amazing scenery with a land preserve and views of Mount Konocti. This house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you could need to enjoy a vacation to Clearlake.

The walking trail across the street leads to our community lake front access. 2 paddle boards, 1 single kayak and a tandem sea kayak avbl. Must Sign waiver. The lake is beautiful, clear, cold and great for kayaking in the winter. Dress appropriately!

The lake house is well equipped with multiple sleeping arrangements, which includes, 1 queen, 4 twin beds, 2 twin floor mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked. The patio overlooks the channel, it’s a peaceful spot to enjoy the evenings. We hope you enjoy your stay!
