The house was built by the Kelsey family in the 1930s after seeing the house featured in the 1933 Chicago World's Fair and has been completely renovated. Views of the lake from almost every room. Nestled in a quiet cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has 66' of shoreline with private beach; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and a stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we do provide ground stakes & cable ties. And throughout the warmer weather months (May-October), guests also have FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and private dock on the property.

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. The interior is a blend of rustic cozy meets modern touches. This is a home and not a hotel so you will find quirks that belong to any individual home.

Everything you need to relax & recharge in one cozy space. Private entrance. This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

Listen to the flowing water of the Chippewa River only 100 feet from the deck and hear the bird songs of a variety of species while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon beverages. If your lucky you may catch a glimpse of any number of different wildlife living along this stretch of river.

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!
