CarolAnn's Cottage 1 Lakota is located one block from Main Street. It is a cozy 4 bedroom house with a wonderful front porch with red rockers. It was built in the early 1900’s. It is in rural North Dakota and is a rustic farmhouse setting. It is a fully furnished and equipped home where you can relax and entertain family and friends. It is located just 29 miles from great fishing and boating in Devils Lake or 12 miles from fishing and boating and picnics at Stump Lake.

Our house is located off an asphalt road with a full garage for boat storage. We have an outside kennel for those hunting pups and are nestled on 10 acres for pets to roam! Pet friendly! Located right next door to the Lakota Rock Creek Golf Course for the days you can't make it out on the water! Come enjoy our home!
