Cozy Basement Suite with Private Entrance

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

The Underground Cabin - Legal and licensed

Welcome to your legally licensed and operated, cozy urban cabin. You will be staying in a 100+ yr old house that combines the warmth & charm of age with modern day conveniences. Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

Pink, penthouse pied-à-terre w/ private deck

The Pink Pied-à-terre has a unique style with modern furniture juxtaposed against traditional architectural elements. This second story pied-à-terre is drenched in marble and gold from the kitchen to the bathroom. There is a spacious second story deck off the kitchen. It is very secluded, complete with a fire table to cozy up to. The Pied-à-terre is centrally located, it’s a few blocks from downtown and the river and one block from 20th street where all the hip restaurants are.

The Modele - Downtown - 3BD/2BA - UG Parking

This stylish loft suite is located in the iconic Hudson’s Bay building in downtown Saskatoon. This building was converted from a department store to high-end loft condos. You will be impressed by the soaring ceilings, open floor plan, and warm, high-end furnishings. You can't beat the location, only steps from Midtown Plaza, shops, restaurants, and pubs. Home Away From Home

Our suite was part of the original house plan when the house was built in 1949 so it features high ceilings, large windows and is bright and airy. We have stocked it with all manner of kitchen gadgets, microwave, quality linens and towels. There is direct access to a washer and dryer or even an outdoor clothes line. Our yard has been featured in magazines and on many garden tours. This is a very quiet neighbourhood mostly populated with working professionals and students.

You’ll enjoy a private entrance, new furniture from EQ3, a full kitchen, a private 4-piece bath, and your own washer and dryer (if you need it). Tucked just off Broadway Ave, we’re situated close enough to all the action but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

If you so happen to be staying for Sasktel centre events, the benefits of choosing a place north of the city is, no traffic! You won’t be caught in the traffic line ups going to the Sasktel centre or leaving.

The suite offers king size bed along with a bedroom tv. There is a small kitchenette that includes a small fridge, induction hotplate, Nespresso machine and a microwave. There is very quiet private deck with a BBQ and fireplace.
