Stay at our beautiful shepherds hut facing across our fields on our working farm. We are situated on Hayling Island on the south coast between Portsmouth and Chichester near the stunning South Downs. Within walking distance to a pub and a well stocked Farm Shop. Easy access to the Hayling Billy track, a great shoreline walk/cycle. South Downs - a short journey away with fantastic walks and views. Close to places of interest but far enough away to indulge in nature. Net of wood included.

There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

The Folly

Easy access to the Hampshire country side close to Rowlandscastle village. Within easy reach of the coast lots of local walks. Next door to Staunton country park 18 mins from Hayling Island and 25 mins from Goodwood, Portsmouth and Southsea . 10 mins from South downs national park. Sleep in a comfortable American queen size bed. Outside sitting area overlooking a large field which usually has sheep and or cows plus the occasional deer. Plenty of local places to eat ask for recommendations.
