Situated within beautiful farmland in a peaceful hamlet a couple of miles from the A30, this is an ideal base to enjoy a break in Cornwall with easy access to popular destinations, stunning beaches and famous landmarks.

Our cosy & romantic beach house with uninterrupted ocean, sea & beach views across Whitsand Bay & Rame Head. A short drive away from Mount Edgcumbe, Plymouth, Torpoint, Looe, Seaton, Downderry, Eden Project, Millbrook, Cawsand, Kingsands. On the South West Coast path, so really great for walkers. We have one double bedroom with stylish interior, a lovely shower room with blue tooth mirror cabinet and all you will need in the Kitchen. We have a lovely cosy lounge with strong BT WI-FI and TV.

The Barn

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. 1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
