With a private entry, air conditioning in all rooms, huge and well equipped kitchen, in house laundry, secure parking, two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Quiet & secluded with ample space yet the vibrant buzzing street life is just around the corner. A truly remarkable location beside the peaceful enchanting Wat Aphay. This upstairs classic abode for 4 people has two King sized bedrooms (4x4m) with a single bathroom. The main living area is homely with a comfortable lounge TV room & dining setting, Rosewood office desk & renewed kitchen.
