The most attractive spot of the apartment is a 20 sq.m terrace which is on the top level of the building which faces the splendid views of the city. Enjoy your evenings here! The underground parking lot is free for you.

The building is freshly built and all is brand new. Through your window you can see the pond. In the terrace/balcony you can enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee and quick wifi.
