Freshly renovated flat in Hawick with perfect location to explore Scottish Borders. Very spacious, bright and airy, but cosy at the same time. Fantastic views, log burner and traditional features. The accomodation is centraly located near to the Town Hall, very close to the High Street with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Book a minimun of 3 night to receive a basket of snacks. Book 7 night or more to receive a breakfast pack and a bowl of fresh fruits.

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Mackside is an attractive country house meticulously renovated throughout, located down a 1/2 mile private track. The accommodation is wonderfully light & spacious with an open plan kitchen dining that opens directly into and enclosed garden with patio area, wood fired hot tub, charcoal BBQ, dining area with views over the rolling hills. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 can be superking doubles or twins, 1 king double and 1 twin. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and a shower room downstairs.

Orchard Hideaway is a perfect place for couples or a family. Panoramic views over looking the Tweed Valley to the Cheviots on the horizon. Kelso, a charming market town with Floors castle, Kelso Abbey - 4 miles. This year an inside Padel court has been built in the shed and booking is essential. Charlton Gate is an imposing two bedroomed, two bathroom detached Northumbrian Stone House set within the Newton Estate and surrounded by private gardens and stunning views. The house is a perfectly placed to explore the Northumberland National Dark Sky Park and Kielder Water, just 20 minutes away. The Boe Rigg restaurant and bar is a 10-minute stroll away and a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants can be found in the traditional market town of Bellingham just two miles away.

Larriston Coach House, for a very rural stay

Larriston Coach House is a large four-bedroomed cottage, part of a very rural 19th century farm steading on 28 acres, with 2,500 acres of hillside starting at the doorstep. It's right on the Scottish Border, close to Kielder and Newcastleton (both five miles away), and ideal for visiting Kielder observatory, Kielder Forest, the Borders or north Northumberland. There’s plenty of space, inside and out. The skies are dark, the mobile reception is zero and the silence is deafening.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Great for friends sharing too, having 2 separate bathrooms
