There is a queen bed and a pack-n-play as requested. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, sm hot plate, and sink and the casita is equipped with utensils and the basics for you.

The "casita" is located in a quiet back yard with off street parking, a locked, gated entry from parking and a private entry in to the new "casita" This space is for either 1 or 2 people on a Queen bed and also affords a Flexsteel loveseat bed. It is furnished for you complete with modest cooking arrangements, dishes, utensils, mini fridge and everything you need for coffee, tea and breakfast, light lunch or dinner.

Seven minute walk to downtown which has wonderful pubs and restaurants. This home is located directly across the street from my other two casitas that are listed in Airbnb.
