Our houseboat is docked on the canal with a beautiful view. We make every effort to provide a safe and fun experience. Some amenities include a shower, bathroom sink, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, A/C and gas grill. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.

A casa possui 50m² de deck externo e 50m² de área construída. Está a 200 metros da praia. Projetada especificamente para duas pessoas e maiores de idade. A casa possui sala/quarto, cozinha (estilo loft) e banheiro (CHUVEIRO SEM AQUECIMENTO). Toda energia elétrica é solar e permite luz em todos os cômodos, possui tomadas para carregar celulares, câmeras e pequenos eletrônicos, já eletrônicos pesados como por exemplo, secador de cabelo NÃO é permitido. NÃO tem sinal de wifi na casa.

This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Houseboat on quiet and serene lake. No running water on boat but bathroom is close by. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone, on a leash at all times when outside. and please pick up after your pets. Kayak, paddle boat and pirogue rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day each or $60/2 days each. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.
