Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

Farmhouse Retreat- Skiing/ long stays/ short stays

This suite is part of the new guesthouse portion of our home. Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.

Country Farmhouse close to recreational activities

Our home is a 1950's, single level farm house in a country setting. We are located close to restaurants and shopping. Bikers/walkers/runners use the road we live on quite frequently. The apartment is on the east side of our home, we live in the west end and is separated by a double door. It has a private entrance. Trains and military planes are nearby and can be loud at times. We are following and using CDC approved protocol and cleaning solutions. There are outside cameras for your safety.

In the heart of the Avenues, reside in an apartment in a historic home (1911) on South Temple, designed by the same architect who built the Cathedral of the Madeleine! Very quiet home with a private entrance, patio w/ fire pit, full kitchen, viewing area, bathroom w/ luxurious bathtub & separate shower. Main room has a power reclining couch and TV with all of the steaming apps. Includes access to a very nice large hot tub. Easy access from I-84, 15 minutes to Snowbasin, 30 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, and 35 to the SLC airport.

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
