Spend the day exploring then relax by the creek in the evening with a glass of wine!

Welcome to our slice of heaven in Leelanau County. Relax and unwind in the new large private guest suite in the lower level of our home. Private access is on the north side of our house. Perfect location to take advantage of all the beauty and activites offered in the area. Only 3 miles south of Suttons Bay, a short drive to Traverse, and close to the Leelanau Trail, award winning golf course, wineries and beautiful beaches. Renters will not have access to our backyard and waterfront area.

This light and bright newer lower level suite is almost 900 square feet with an open floor plan. Rooms include a living/dining/kitchenette area, private bedroom, and bathroom. All very crisp, clean, and modern. A separate parking area will lead you down steps to a private patio adorned with seating for a place to relax and enjoy the rolling hill backyard and woods. The suite is stocked with several amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a welcome bottle of local wine and goodies.

Suttons Bay, Stoney Point Retreat

Enjoy beautiful Stoney Point! Bike and walk quiet country roads through woods, fields, and orchards with surprising views of Grand Traverse Bay. A small local park is 1/2 block away with great vistas, swimming and an easy kayak launch. Suttons Bay with its beaches, marinas, restaurants and unique shops is a 3 mile ride along the shore. Enjoy a quick bike ride into town to access the Leelanau trail. Visit nearby orchards, wineries, Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes/National Lakeshore.

Water’s Edge is a private, adults-only bayfront retreat on Grand Traverse Bay, designed for couples seeking peace, comfort, and beautiful waterfront views. With a private deck, direct water access, and an ideal location near Suttons Bay, wineries, dining, and Traverse City, it offers an easy and relaxing Northern Michigan escape. Getting to water and dock may be an issue for guests with mobility issues please be advised. Road noise is possible at certain times through out the day .

Bright downtown Suttons Bay apartment suite with a coastal feel to the decor, bay view and ideal location across the street from a park and boat launch, the Saturday farmer's market and a paved bike trail that runs to Traverse City (and near several wineries). Downtown shops, great restaurants, festivals and a large sandy beach are just a 1-3 block walk from the house that sleeps four and has a small kitchenette area. Great base for a Leelanau wine tour. My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
